As with all primary schools in the country, St. Francis of Assisi, Belmayne, is run by a Board of Management.  The Board of Management is made up of eight members - two patron's nominees, two parents' nominees elected from the parent body, two community nominees, the school Principal and a teachers' nominee.  The members of the Board serve for a four-year term.
