As part of Wellness Week that ran from the 9th to the 13th February, we organised a Parent Wellness Hour with gentle yoga, cacao and a sound bath. The focus was on relaxation and this was facilitated by Amanda Courtney (parent), Deirdre Hanley (teacher) and Lyndsey Moore ( parent).
It was very enjoyable and we hope it can happen again during our next Wellness Week. Thank you to all who participated.
