Blessing of the Pets  

Morning Schedule 

• 8:50am – Walk Your Pet to School: Parents are invited to walk with their child and pet to school. Teachers will meet children and pets in the class lines. 

• 9:05am – Children go into school: Parents should take pets home at this time. Please note that parents are fully responsible for their own pets. 

• A quiet zone will be available in the hall for any children who are not comfortable around animals. 

Assemblies 

• Fr. Angelo will bless photographs of the children’s pets at school assembly.  

Competitions 

• My Pet Portrait art competition 

• Funny Pet Stories writing competition 

Coffee Afternoon 
Parents are warmly invited to a Coffee Afternoon in the hall on Thursday from 1:20–2:30pm in aid of St. Francis Hospice. 

DSPCA 

The DSPCA will visit the school on Tuesday 30th September to give talks to all classes about animal care and welfare.
