Afterschool Service Proposals Wanted!

At St Francis of Assisi Primary School we are in the process of sourcing an afterschool provider for the coming academic year.  We are a busy developed primary school based in Belmayne, Dublin 13. We currently have 435 children and will have a new intake of Junior infant children in September.

This will be the first time we will have an afterschool provider.  Approximately 130 parents have indicated interest in an afterschool provider.  We have a wonderful new school but we have space limitations due our student population. Therefore, flexibility and understanding on the part of any service in our school is necessary as the needs of the school continue to grow and change.

If this is something that you wish to discuss further, we are now accepting proposals.

We will accept proposals up until Friday 8th March 2024 at 5pm.

The selection criteria that we will utilise are listed below:
1. Choice of activities available for the children
2. Cost for parents and percentage returned to the school
3. Staff and qualifications
4. Combination of part-time and full-time places
5. Ease of communication
6. Relevant insurances and policies in place
7. An inclusive service that is in keeping with the values of the school
